English Traslation:

Together with all Beings as numerous as the sky is vast, all of whom have been my mothers, I take refuge in the precious Lama, who is Buddha;

I take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma and Sangha,

I take refuge in the Lamas Yidams and Khandros (Gurus, Devas and Dakinies)

I take refuge in the Dharmakaya, the inseparable clarity and emptiness of my own  mind.
